3. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery generally takes 5–8 business days depending on the customer's location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations only. We reserve the right to refuse COD orders in certain cases, including repeated order refusals or service limitations.
