Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, email us at support@spacezip.shop with your order number and photos of the product.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected.

• Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days after approval.
